According to two sources, the Crimson Tide on Monday made Saban an offer through his agent, Jimmy Sexton. They also started the process of finding his replacement and announced a new three-year contract for Rod Graves, vice president of football operations. "In the final analysis, when you look at the three years, we didn't win enough games," said Michael Bidwill, vice president and general counsel, who informed Green on Monday morning that he had been fired.
