Falcons Eyeing Receiver Calvin Johnson

Atlanta Falcons
04/24/2007 7:19 AM
AP reports the Falcons want to turn QB Michael Vick into one of those regular quarterbacks, a guy who looks to throw the ball instead of just running with it. Of course, the transformation would be a whole lot easier if Vick had a go-to receiver on the other end of his passes. Hmmm, wonder where the Falcons could find that sort of player? Browns eyeing offensive lineman in draft

Cleveland Browns
04/24/2007 7:08 AM
The Akron Beacon Journal reports if Browns GM Phil Savage wants an offensive lineman with the 36th overall pick, Central Michigan OT Joe Staley and Auburn OG Ben Grubbs might top his wish list. Both could be gone before the Browns choose fourth in the second round, however, so NFL Network draft analyst Mike Mayock has offered two alternatives: Arron Sears of Tennessee or Justin Blalock of Texas, former college tackles who ``are expected to kick inside and start immediately at guard.''
