Barber was quoted in an internet piece written by Peter King of Sports Illustrated on Tuesday saying that he âwould bet that every player in the NFL knows someone who has been to a dogfight.ââ Itâs hard to be certain without more information, but comments like that make it sound like dog fighting has been on the playersâ radar for a lot longer than anyone in the NFL cares to admit.Read more

The team agreed to terms on a deal with seventh-round OT Mike Otto on Tuesday, meaning it has struck deals with seven of its 10 selections from April. Otto broke a school record at Purdue with 51 career starts, all at left tackle. As a senior, he was named Academic All-Big Ten, coaches' second-team All-Big Ten and honorable mention All-Big Ten by the media.Read more
