Bell deals with fullback move

The Denver Post reports the Broncos realize RB Mike Bell is not thrilled with the fact he has permanently moved to fullback. But they believe he can be a standout at the position.  "I think Mike can be a Pro Bowl fullback," Broncos HC Mike Shanahan said. "I really do. He can be a special player there." The Broncos moved Bell from tailback to fullback last week. He is competing with Cecil Sapp to start at the position. Read more

The Dayton Daily News reports WR Tab Perry missed 14 games last year after suffering a severe bone bruise in his right hip during Cincinnati's Week 2 victory over the Cleveland Browns. Now that he's healthy, he's back to being "Mr. Versatility" — the team's No. 1 kickoff returner, No. 3 receiver and one of its best special-teams tacklers. "They're asking more of me, and that's fine with me," Perry said Monday. "I'm just trying to focus on picking up where I left off last year." Read more
