Tennessee Titans 01/01/2008 9:14 AMThe Nashville Tennessean reports Titans QB Vince Young could make some history in Sunday's playoff game at San Diego â if his injured right quadriceps allows it. Coach Jeff Fisher remained optimistic Monday that the second-year pro will be able to practice this week and make his playoff debut against the Chargers. Fisher made no promises, however. He said Young underwent treatment but no further tests Monday, when the quarterback was unavailable to reporters.Read more

"I've got a decision to make," said Sapp, age 35, after his 13th season in the NFL. "That decision is going to come pretty quick because I'm not one to sit around and waver. "It's going to take me one week to make that decision. I'll be safe with that." Sapp, who signed with the Raiders in 2004, has three years left on his contract. He's owed a base salary of $5.15 million next year, so there's also a chance the Raiders will release him if he doesn't retire.Read more
