Giants eyeing Burner Turner
New York Giants01/18/2007 12:23 PM The Star-Ledger reports during the interview with YES, GM Jerry Reese mentioned Chargers RB Michael Turner as a possible replacement for RB Tiki Barber. Turner is a restricted free agent, so the Giants would have to provide San Diego compensation if the Chargers tender him as expected. The Giants could also work out a trade.
