Falcons finish 7-9, miss playoffs again
Atlanta Falcons01/01/2007 8:22 AM The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports following a 24-17 season-ending loss to the Philadelphia Eagles' backups Sunday there was no word whether embattled Falcons HC Jim Mora would return as head coach. That will be determined this week, as team owner Arthur Blank, president and GM Rich McKay and possibly a handful of other trusted team officials will decide if Mora's declining three-year run should end.
