Arizona Cardinals12/22/2006 8:40 AM The Arizona Republic reports performing a cost-benefit analysis on keeping left OT Leonard Davis is a tricky undertaking for the Cardinals. They didn't want to re-sign him to a contract beyond this year until they saw improvement in his performance. Yet by waiting, they've risked losing Davis to free agency, or paying a hefty premium for his services in 2007. Through the first few weeks of the season, Davis did little to push the Cardinals to the bargaining table for a new contract.
