Sanders hopes for Miami
Indianapolis Colts12/21/2006 9:20 AM The Indianapolis Star reports the status of S Bob Sanders' troublesome right knee will not be a day-to-day consideration this week. His focus is rehab, not Houston. "I'm going to just keep moving forward, try to get back for the Miami game if I can. If things don't work out that week, just be ready for the playoffs," Sanders said. "That's our plan. That's what the doctors and I and coach (Tony) Dungy talked about. That's what we're shooting for." Sanders has played only two of the Colts' 12 games since undergoing arthroscopic surgery in late September. He has dealt with recurring issues of pain and stiffness.
