Robinson a surprise inactive

The Pioneer Press reports Vikings WR Marcus Robinson, who leads the team with four receiving touchdowns, was inactive against the Jets. Robinson said before the game that he was healthy and that HC Brad Childress made the decision. He declined further comment. But Childress said Robinson had "trouble getting all the way up to speed." "I kept thinking it was coming this week," Childress said. "He had a little hip flexor. Obviously he's a little extra sore; he's a little older. We kept thinking he was going to battle through that. He just couldn't answer the bell." Read more
