Taylor still doubtful
Minnesota Vikings12/09/2006 5:38 AM The Pioneer Press reports neither Vikings HC Brad Childress nor RB Chester Taylor has ruled the running back out of Sunday's game at Detroit. But it doesn't look good. Taylor, who suffered bruised ribs in a 23-13 loss at Chicago last Sunday, practiced Friday for the first time this week but remains doubtful on the injury report and said before practice that he wouldn't play if it jeopardizes the rest of his season. "I'm just going to make the decision that's best for me," Taylor said. "If I can go, I can go. If I can't, I can't." Read more
