Sanders, who returned last week after missing eight of the previous nine games, hasn't practiced this week. He has been bothered by soreness, stiffness and swelling in his right knee since having arthroscopic surgery in September. He made a surprise start against New England on Nov. 5, then did not play again until last week's road loss at Tennessee.
