11/28/2006 6:28 PM The Motor City Bowl announced that the Central Michigan University Chippewas will face an at-large opponent on Tuesday, December 26 (7:30 p.m., ESPN) in Detroit. Motor City Bowl officials extended the bid to Central Michigan on Tuesday, as CMU prepared for the Mid-American Conference Championship game. The 2006 Motor City Bowl, presented by Big Three automakers Ford, GM, and DaimlerChrysler, will mark the bowlâs 10th anniversary. Read more
