McMichael done for the season
St. Louis Rams10/06/2008 4:45 PM The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports TE Randy McMichael, who broke a bone in his lower right leg Sept. 28 vs. Buffalo, has been placed on injured reserve, meaning that his season is over. McMichael was the Rams’ third-leading receiver, with 11 catches for 139 yards. Joe Klopfenstein replaces him in the starting lineup. Daniel Fells, a 6-foot-4, 252-pound tight end, takes McMichael’s place on the roster. Read more
