Agent: Harrison not subject of investigation
Indianapolis Colts05/03/2008 8:13 PM The Indianapolis Star reports Marvin Harrison’s agent said the Indianapolis Colts wide receiver is not the subject of an investigation into a shooting in Philadelphia earlier this week, contrary to Internet reports citing unnamed sources. Tom Condon, Harrison’s agent, told ESPN’s Chris Mortensen: “I’ve spoken with Marvin and I’ve spoken with his attorney, and they say the reports are erroneous. Marvin was not involved in any shooting, and he is not the subject of this investigation.’’ Condon declined to answer any other questions by Mortensen and did not respond to a voice message left at his home by The Star. Harrison's attorney, Jerome Brown, didn't immediately respond to phone calls. Philadelphia police confirmed Friday that Harrison, 35, was one of several people questioned about a shooting in Harrison’s old North Philadelphia neighborhood on Tuesday that resulted in one man being shot in the hand and a young boy suffering an eye injury from shattered glass.
