Ricky thinks Dolphins want him to play
Miami Dolphins03/08/2008 9:30 AM The Palm Beach Post reports the Dolphins have been coy about their plans for RB Ricky Williams. Do they want the eccentric running back? Will they trade him? Football operations boss Bill Parcells, General Manager Jeff Ireland and coach Tony Sparano all have been asked about Williams. All have been noncommittal publicly. Williams, however, is under the impression that he'll be a factor in the Dolphins' backfield. Parcells told him after last season "he wanted me and that he really believed in me," Williams said on Dan Patrick's satellite-radio show. Read more
