Jaguars player arrested for DUI
Jacksonville Jaguars01/16/2008 8:16 AM The Florida Times-Union reports fresh off a season-ending playoff loss in New England, Jaguars DE Brent Hawkins was arrested on a drunken driving charge Monday after Jacksonville police said he sped by a patrol car over the Intracoastal Waterway. The second-year player was arrested about 2:30 a.m. after police said field sobriety tests indicated his impairment. He refused a breath test, and his driver's license was confiscated, according to an arrest report. Read more
