Freeman thrives, but NFL can wait
Baltimore Ravens01/05/2008 1:35 PM The Dayton Daily News reports Ohio State's LB Marcus Freeman wants to play in the pros someday, but he decided after listening to former teammates in the NFL that he's not in a rush to get there. The second-team All-Big Ten linebacker was one of 13 juniors and third-year sophomores with the Buckeyes to ask the NFL for an estimate about their draft prospects. And although Freeman said he received a favorable report, he intends to come back for his senior year. Read more
