Allen may switch to corner next year
Miami Dolphins10/28/2006 1:16 PM The Palm Beach Post reports Dolphins rookie S Jason Allen has made improvements at free safety, but HC Nick Saban said Thursday that he would consider moving Allen back to cornerback after the season. "I actually think he can play anywhere," Saban said of Allen, who played corner at Tennessee. "I think he can play corner if we want him to play corner. We haven't invested the time in that." Allen, who began training camp at safety and briefly moved to cornerback in the exhibition season because of injuries, wasn't surprised by his coach's comments. Read more
