Hoover can become free agent

12/31/2007 10:12 AM The Charlotte Observer reports FB Brad Hoover can become a free agent in the offseason, but he's spent his entire eight-year career with Carolina and would like to return. "I can't sit here and worry about it, but naturally this is where I'd like to be if it all works out," he said. "But it's out of my hands now."
