Roethlisberger sets record
Pittsburgh Steelers12/31/2007 9:56 AM The Post-Gazette reports QB Ben Roethlisberger set a team record yesterday without playing and avoided a more dubious one. His 104.1 passer rating this season is the first over 100 by a Steelers quarterback, and gives him the top three seasons in club history. His career passer rating of 92.5 also tops the Steelers' list. He completed 65.3 percent of his passes in 2007 (264 of 404) for second best in team history and he also owns the top three spots -- his 66.4 in 2004 is the record.
