Coach Wade Phillips said he might keep Glenn out if it is snowing or raining in Washington. "If it's pouring down rain and you can't throw the ball effectively, why would we want him out there?" Phillips said. "We want him out there so he can catch some footballs and get back in there that way. That would be the criteria." The Cowboys are going to be cautious with Glenn either way.Read more
