The San Francisco Chronicle reports first, QB JaMarcus Russell was going to play some off the bench. Then, he was going to start or finish the game. Now, no one has any idea what's going to happen when the Raiders play at Jacksonville on Sunday. Raiders coach Lane Kiffin can't decide how he wants to use the team's No. 1 overall draft pick against the Jaguars, so he's going to let the suspense carry right through Sunday. Consider this Twist No. Umpteen in the team's foggy handling of the quarterback position this season.
