Browns sign Adams
Cleveland Browns12/12/2007 10:52 AM The Cleveland Browns have signed LB Keith Adams, were awarded C Marvin Philip via waivers from the Pittsburgh Steelers, and waived C Greg Eslinger and LB Colby Bockwoldt, the club announced today.
