The Boston Herald reports WR Troy Brown’s career isn’t over yet. The Pats yesterday activated the 15-year veteran wide receiver from the physically unable to perform list, giving him a chance to win a fourth Super Bowl in what could be his final season. To make room for Brown, the Pats released rookie DL Kareem Brown, whom they will presumably try to re-sign to the practice squad. Troy Brown return had been considered touch-and-go right up until late yesterday, when the Patriots informed him that he would be activated. Read more
