Testaverde likely to start vs. 49ers

11/27/2007 10:07 AM The Charlotte Observer reports QB Vinny Testaverde will quarterback the Carolina Panthers on Sunday against San Francisco if he's healthy, coach John Fox said Monday at Bank of America Stadium. Asked about his potential starter, Fox said, "I'm almost reluctant to name one; I think we'll just kind of address that Wednesday." Read more
