It is just a matter of when â and that could be Sunday against TampaBay. "If we were going today, Joey [Harrington] would start because you don't know how Byron's health is, but I don't want to put myself in a corner where if Byron's at 100 percent healthy we wouldn't [start him], because we might," coach Bobby Petrino said.
