Migraine headaches threaten to keep him out of action for the third straight week since he suffered whiplash during a fender-bender after an Oct. 21 loss to New England. Doctors have not cleared Thomas, a seven-time Pro Bowler and the leading tackler for the winless Dolphins, to play Sunday against Buffalo.
