According to a report published by Newsday on Thursday night, Henry - the NFL's leading rusher - is suing the league to prevent it from using results of a drug test that could result in him being suspended from the league for a year. It may be a longshot for Henry to win his suit, but it may buy him time if the NFL is to suspend him. A recent test failure before Oct. 1 would be Henry's third, and would result in a one-year suspension without pay from the NFL.Read more
