Pennington to start Sunday

Barring a setback in practice this week, QB Chad Pennington will start on Sunday against the Dolphins despite a promising performance by backup QB Kellen Clemens in the fourth quarter of the Jets' 20-13 loss to the Baltimore Ravens.
