Raiders sign 2nd-round pick

That leaves first-round draft pick QB JaMarcus Russell as the lone player without a contract and absent from training camp. HC Lane Kiffin said the Raiders and Russell's agent, Eric Metz, continue to make progress toward a resolution on a contract that figures to net Russell in the neighborhood of $25 million to $30 million guaranteed.
