Arbitrator to hear Culpepper's grievance
Miami Dolphins06/15/2007 12:33 PM The Palm Beach Post reports QB Daunte Culpepper will have his grievance against the Dolphins heard before a special arbitrator on June 29, according to Carl Francis, the spokesman for the NFL players' union. A ruling could be made within a week of the hearing, which is expected to take place in New York. Culpepper will be represented by NFLPA general counsel Richard Berthelson. Attorneys with the NFL management council are expected to represent the Dolphins. The NFLPA contends the Dolphins breached Culpepper's contract when they did not allow him to participate in team drills during practice at last weekend's mini-camp. Read more
