Colts re-sign linebacker Morris
Indianapolis Colts03/06/2007 7:47 AM The Indianapolis Star reports RB Rob Morris, one of the integral parts of a revitalized defense that helped the Indianapolis Colts win Super Bowl XLI, will return. In an expected move, the team on Monday re-signed the veteran linebacker to a three-year contract. Financial terms were not disclosed, but team president Bill Polian said, "We were able to re-sign Rob at a price we could afford." The signing had been anticipated since last week, when the Colts allowed Morris to join 10 of his teammates in becoming unrestricted free agents. Read more
