Browns sign Steinbach

Friday, the offensive lineman swapped the Ohio River for Lake Erie, leaving the Cincinnati Bengals in free agency to join the AFC North rival Cleveland Browns. The 6-foot-6, 290-pound Steinbach visited Cleveland and agreed to a seven-year, $49.5 million contract, his agent said.
