The Chicago Sun-Times reports the Bears agreed to terms with RB Matt Forte on Wednesday, giving them a league-high 11 signees out of 12 players selected in the April draft. Forte, a second-round pick (44th overall) out of Tulane, is expected to be awarded the starting job in training camp. He agreed to terms on a four-year deal worth more than $3.7 million that includes about $2 million in total bonus money.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports despite veteran WR Joe Horn wanting to be traded, Falcons general manager Thomas Dimitroff said there is nothing doing on that front. Horn's agent has been cleared to gauge interest in Horn with other teams but, as of now, there are no takers. The Dallas Cowboys, who could be in need of a veteran wide receiver if Terry Glenn (knee) isn't medically cleared, were one of the teams queried by Horn's agent, but there hasn't been any talk between Dallas and Atlanta about a deal.

ESPN’s John Clayton reports RB Earnest Graham had to miss some of the offseason program to get the attention of Tampa Bay management. On Sunday, he found out what the Bucs think of him. Graham agreed to a three-year, $10.5 million extension that will keep him in Tampa through the 2011 season. The 28-year-old Graham was considered too valuable in the long-term plans of the team.

ESPN.com reports WR Terry Glenn, still unable to work out with the Dallas Cowboys, appears to be pushing anew for a prompt return with the team, The Dallas Morning News has reported. Cowboys owner Jerry Jones told the newspaper he has held talks with Glenn and his agent, James Gould. "Terry is someone I have a lot of interest in," Jones told the paper Friday night. "We worked well together last year. We will sit down here and look at how he fits and what we can do with him as a player this year."
